7.A. Approve out-of-state travel and expenses and registration for Katie Keith and Rebekah Seelow to attend The National Training Institute (NTI) Conference on Effective Practices: Addressing Challenging Behavior from Monday, April 15th through Friday April 19th, 2024 in Tampa, Florida.  These expenses would be covered with grant funds. It is very competitive to register, so there is a chance they will not even be able to register and attend. 

7.B. Approve the hiring of Matt Bowerman, Automotive/Welding/Manufacturing Instructor at the COOR Advanced Technical Innovation Center
