7.A. Approve minutes of previous meeting, February 9, 2022

7.B. Approval of Bills for February 2022 totaling $1,121,700.53

7.C. Approve payment to CDW-G for renewal of Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365 licenses for the ISD from March 1, 2022 to Feb 28, 2023.  This utilizes REMC pricing for 2021-2024.

7.D. Approve Revenue & Expenditure Reports for February 2022
-General Fund, Special Education, Career Tech, & ROOC, Inc.

8.A. Approve Amended Policy 5407 from Thrun Law Firm
- Instructional Program and Curriculum Development

8.B. Approve out-of-state travel for Katie Fuelling, Director of Instructional Services, and Kristin Eagle, MTSS/Behavioral Health Coordinator, to attend (Trust-Based Relational Intervetion) TBRI Practitioner Training in Biloxi, Mississippi on July 18-22, 2022.  Total costs are estimated around $9,500 to be covered by grant funds through 31n.
