IX. Executive Session - Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignments, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an employee; to hear complaints or charges against employees, done under government code §551.074. Consider counselor, nurse and teacher contracts.
The open session of the meeting will adjourn; the Board will reconvene in closed session to hear reports on legal matters, consult with legal council, review employee policies and procedures, address employee concerns, address student concerns, and consider personnel matters. Following discussion in the closed session, the Board will reconvene in open session for action to be taken on items discussed in the closed session. |
