Smith and Rives PC, Representative Lance Edwards, auditor, and Rocky Rives, certified public accountant, will present the 2023-24 school audit for review by the Board of Trustees. This presentation meets the requirement of conducting an annual audit of the school district’s programs funded with district and federal funds.

6. Consider Resignation of Personnel
Description:
Superintendent Chad Smith will inform the Board of his retirement as of June 30, 2025.

7. Consider Superintendent Selection Process

Description:
In closed session, the Board of Trustees will discuss the process by which the new superintendent for the school district will be selected.
