6. 2025-2026  Budget Review

7. Discussion/Action: official action to propose the M&O and I&S rates of .82380 and .3188, up from .31050. M&O stays the same and I&S is up from the previous year to help debt services. If not changes we will be short about 294,000 dollars in our debt services.
