IV.B. Adopt Board Policy CCGB (LOCAL) concerning economic development applications and agreements for appraised value on qualified property under the Texas Economic Development Act, Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code. 

IV.C. Consideration and possible action to accept an Application for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property under the Texas Economic Development Act, Texas Tax Code, Chapter 313, assess an Application fee, and authorize the Superintendent to review the Application for completeness and submit such Application to the Comptroller.
