II.A. Pursuant to section 551.071, Tex. Govt Code, consultation with Districts legal counsel regarding procedural and legal issues with Level Three grievance appeal of an employee, Barbara Graham, concerning complaints against campus administration.

II.B. Pursuant to sections 551.074 and 551.082, Tex. Govt Code, Level Three grievance appeal hearing of an employee, Barbara Graham, and deliberations of an employee grievance concerning complaints against campus administration.

II.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074, Tex. Gov't Code, deliberations concerning the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee to include the Travis Elementary Assistant Principal.
