3)A) Discuss and consider employment of legal representation to prepare, litigate, negotiate and resolve GISD's claim for Hurricane Ike windstorm property loss damage. This agreement shall be limited to litigation against Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA)

3)B) Discuss and consider retaining the loss management and forensic accounting services of IRC (International Risk Control, LLC) to evaluate the business interruption, contents' damage and structural repairs resulting from wind from Hurricane Ike on or about September 18, 2008, which were insured and operated by GISD. This agreement shall be limited to information pertaining to possible litigation against Texas Windstorm Insurance Association
