1) Call meeting to order at 5:30 PM in the Board Room

2) TEAM OF EIGHT AND GOAL SETTING TRAINING: The Board will participate in state mandated Board team-building and continuing education session as per Texas Education Code 11.159 "Governance Team (Board and Superintendent) Team Building and Self-Assessment". The training session will be conducted by Bill Rutherford. Training is required for all Trustees. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN DURING THIS TRAINING SESSION.
