1) Call the meeting to order at 5:30 PM in the Library.

2) The Board of Trustees will recess into Closed/Executive session in the Library for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of Superintendent in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act Subchapter D ยง 551.074 Personnel Matters. Deliberation regarding the selection of the finalist for the position of GISD Superintendent.

3) Reconvene in Open Session in the Library.

4) ACTION ITEM: The Board will vote on the following:

4)A) Discuss and take possible action regarding the selection of the finalist for the position of GISD Superintendent.

5) Adjournment.
