1) Call meeting to order at 5:00 PM in the Board Room.

2) Recess into closed session in the Library as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act Government Code, Subchapter D 551.074 Personnel Issues and Section 551.071 Consultation with Attorney.

3) Reconvene in open session in the Board Room.
|
|
4) TEAM OF EIGHT TRAINING. The Board will participate in state mandated Board team-building and continuing education session as per Texas Education Code 11.159 "Governance Team (Board and Superintendent) Team Building and Self-Assessment". The training session will be conducted by Kay Douglas. Training is required for all Trustees. No action will be taken during this session.
