As permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act Government Code, Subchapter D 551.071-Consultation with attorney on matters in which the duty of the attorney to the govenrmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551. Subchapter D, 551.074 Personnel - Discussion of the settlement agreement with Weis Middle School teacher; discuss settlement agreement with former counselor; discuss recommended non-renewal of Dr. Patricia Williams.

2) Call to Order Open Session at 6:00 PM in the Board Room.
