2. Board Training Workshop
Description:
This workshop training session will fulfill requirements under 19 TAC § 61.1(b)(5) based on the framework for governance leadership. As part of this training, the Board will engage in a visioning exercise, including discussion regarding: guidance and direction for accomplishing the District's Vision; promoting the District's Vision; and working with the Superintendent on leading toward the Vision. The Board will review the District's Core Values and Policy AE(LOCAL) - Educational Philosophy
