3.A. In accordance with 19 TAC Section 61.1(a), “Continuing Education for School Board Members,”  HPA –shall conduct a continuing education seminar to discuss “Vision and Accountability” in compliance with code, accessibility & TEA requirements along with Procurement procedures for construction projects.  Board members present will receive 3 CEU units for the seminar.

3.B. Discuss and review state allowed delivery methods for construction.
    __ Recommended Motion: I make a motion to approve the CM@R method of Construction Delivery for construction projects for Covington ISD.

3.C. Discuss Soliciting Proposals for Construction Management at Risk for the Facilities Renovations and Construction foe Covington ISD, utilizing a CM@R specification Package prepared by Harper Perkins Architects.
    __ Recommended motion: I make a motion to give Harper Perkins Architects authorization to move forward with Proposals for Construction Management at Risk for the Covington ISD Additions & Renovations project.

3.D. Approve the Government issued Davis Bacon Wage Scale as issued for Covington Texas, Hill County.
    __ Recommended motion: I make a motion to approve the Davis Beacon Wage Scale to be utilized in association with construction projects for Covington ISD as presented.

3.E. Approval of a building Code for the Covington ISD.
    __ Recommended motion: I make a motion to approve the 2006 International Building Code to be utilized in association with construction projects for Covington ISD.
