Description:
Welcome to a meeting of the Board of Education of the Township of Holland. Please be advised that this and all meetings of the Board are open to the public and media, consistent with the Open Public Meetings Act (Chapter 231 Laws of 1975); and that advance notice as required therein has been provided. This is a regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Township of Holland at which formal action may be taken. The public will have an opportunity to be heard as indicated on the Agenda, at points in the meeting provided for the public to address the Board.

Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the Bill List dated November 19th thru December 9, 2025, check numbers 15263 thru 15319 in the amount of $922,884.47. |

H.3. Finance
1) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the transfers for the month ending November 30, 2025 as submitted by the Superintendent, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8.1. 2) To accept the Holland Township Board of Education's certification that the Superintendent, Stephanie Snyder, recommends that the Board of Education accept the monthly financial reports of the Board Secretary and the Treasurer of School Moneys for the months ending November.30, 2025 and she recommends in compliance with N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(3) that the Board of Education certify that no major account or fund has been overexpended and that as of this report sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. 3) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board accept the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary's, Teresa O'Brien certification as required by N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(d), that no line item account has been over expended as of November 30, 2025 and that as of this date sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. |

A Resolution Authorizing the Holland Township Board of Education to enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11 (5) authorizes contracting units to establish a Cooperative Pricing System and to enter into Cooperative Pricing Agreements for its administration; and WHEREAS, the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC), hereinafter referred to as the “Lead Agency " has offered voluntary participation in a Cooperative Pricing System for the purchase of goods and services; WHEREAS, on December 9, 2025, the governing body of the Holland Township Board of Education, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, pursuant to N.J.A.C 5:34-7.6 (a), duly considered participation in a Cooperative Pricing System for the provision and performance of goods and services; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: TITLE This RESOLUTION shall be known and may be cited as the Cooperative Pricing Resolution of the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC), AUTHORITYPursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5) and N.J.A.C 5:34-7.6 (a), the School Business Administrator, Teresa O’Brien is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement with Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC), the Lead Agency. CONTRACTING UNITThe Lead Agency shall comply with the Public School Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the revised statutes of the State of New Jersey. EFFECTIVE DATEThis resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage. |
