The purpose of this agenda item is to review the updates to the purchasing policy. Language has been added regarding request for proposal schedule for major district service contracts. Attached please find the RFP schedule to be kept by the business office. The RFP schedule will be reviewed with the budget committee on an annual basis.

Description:
Attached please find a presentation with the data from the family survey for 9th and 10th graders regarding their interest in district-provided transportation. The survey was sent to families who live between 1.0 and 1.75 miles away from the intersection of Knightsbridge and South Street. A high level takeaway is that families are interested in having this service available. However, they are not willing to pay a fee for the service. Administration will review the presentation and seek committee feedback.
