Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on the schedule and finances for the Middle School project. An updated financial report related to contingency funds and change orders has been attached. Administration will review the updates to this month's report.

VI. APPROVAL OF CAPITAL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review our standard agenda item for district-wide capital maintenance requests. Attached please find the capital maintenance tracking spreadsheet for June. Administration will review the maintenance tracking spreadsheet regarding funds available for capital maintenance requests.
Also attached, please find the capital maintenance project log for summer 2026. The School Board has approved a 2026-27 budget of $1 million.

VI.A. Robotic Cleaning Request
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to request approval of robotic cleaning equipment for the Intermediate School and the High School South Campus. Adminsitration is recommending a reallocation of .5 FTE custodial staff from the Intermediate School to either the new Middle School or High School. The request for robotic equipment is $118,024.88 and will come from referendum funds. Administration is requesting approval.

VII. LONG-TERM CAPITAL MAINTENANCE PLANNING
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review a presentation from McKinstry. The presentation will review long-term capital maintenance planning. McKinstry staff will be present at the meeting to review the presentation. Administration is not requesting action on this agenda item.
