Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on the schedule and finances for the Middle School project. An updated financial report related to contingency funds and change orders has been attached.

VI. CONSIDERATION OF CAPITAL PROJECTS
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on capital projects, and request consideration of additional projects for districtwide capital maintenance. Please note we have added a column to reflect project status.

VII. VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE - CENTENNIAL PKWY TO WATER WHEEL DR PROJECT
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the Village of Waunakee Centennial Parkway to Waterwheel Drive project. The Village held a public hearing on this potential project in December. Village staff will be present at the meeting to share information on this project. Attached please find documentation from the Village on the details of the project.

VIII. REPORT ON BASEBALL/SOFTBALL FIELD MAINTENANCE
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the attached report on baseball/softball field maintenance. The report was prepared by Nick Conrad, and he will be present at the meeting to go over the report. The purpose of the report was to respond to a parent question regarding the booster club raising funds for field maintenance. Nick will review the process he followed to gather the information and will offer his insights into our maintenance practices compared to area districts. No action is being requested for the spring of 2025. However, we may seek approval for field maintenance work on our next capital projects list.

IX. UPDATE ON HIGH SCHOOL MASTER PLANNING PROCESS
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to update the facility committee on the work that has taken place since the spring of 2024 on the high school campus master plan. As a reminder, the board approved continuing the partnerships with EUA and Vogel for an evaluation of the high school campus, including an athletic master plan. Attached please find a presentation from the team involved in the planning process. We are looking for feedback from the committee at the conclusion of the presentation.
