Description:  Administration will provide an update on the request for proposal process for land. Attached please find a proposal from local civil engineer Roxanne Johnson for an evaluation of the proposals received from the community. Administration is seeking feedback from the Facility Committee on this proposal and the next steps in this process.

Description:  The purpose of this agenda item is to begin the partnership process that was approved by the school board for the November 2022 referendum. Vogel Brothers and EUA have been working together to coordinate the work that will take place prior to the referendum. We would like to discuss the following topics with the Facility Committee.

We are seeking feedback from the Facility Committee on the process moving forward for the referendum in November. Administration would also like to discuss the topic of the management of the maintenance projects that are included in the referendum budget.

Description:  The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on the 2022-2023 Capital Projects that were approved by the school board. In addition, administration would like to discuss some additional possible projects for 2022-2023. Attached please find a report on the capital projects that were approved by the school board and a report that includes additional possible projects.
