V. 2021-2022 TESTING AND ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE
Description:
The testing and assessment schedule for 2021-2022 is attached. Of note are the following changes.
1. Introduction of the STAR Early Literacy assessment to replace PALS as our mandated early literacy screener for grades K-2. PALS is continuing for 4K. 2. Resumption of the Fountas and Pinnell benchmark assessment with the return to ful-time in person schooling. 3. Introduction of the i-READY assessment for grades 7-8 to replace the interim Aspire, which has been discontinued by ACT.
