Description:
Costing estimates provided for supplemental pay increases of $600, $900, $1200 and $1500. The overview of teacher supplemental and base pay within the scope of all employee group's compensation from May, 2021 is also included for reference.

VI. DISCUSSION OF MODIFYING THE HOURLY STAFF EMPLOYEE GUIDELINES FOR THE INCLUSION OF PHONE LANGUAGE FOR HEAD CUSTODIANS AND MAINTENANCE WORKERS.
Description:
In order to allow for and permit emergency call backs of Head Custodians and Maintenance workers, adding language directing them to keep their school-issued phone with them at all times. In return, they would be permitted to use the phones for personal use. The language would mirror the language in the Administrator and Administrative Guidelines.
