The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss communication with district stakeholder groups, both internal and external.
Regarding Internal Communications, the Board meets for a listening session with staff in each building in the fall. How have these listening sessions gone, what would you recommend to improve, and is there a need/interest to do additional listening sessions? Regarding communication with the public, ideas that have been proposed to consider: community listening sessions, open meeting issues, types of connections with the community, and frequency of forums.
