Description:  Attached please find the presentation that will be used to guide the workshop at Heritage Elementary on Monday.  We will start the meeting in the Large Group Area (LGA) at Heritage for a review of the long range facility growth plan, particularly as it relates to Heritage.  We will also review the work that has already been complete at that school per the 2014 referendum.  Dan Carter will provide you a review of the Heritage complex and what is working and what is challenging with that site, from his perspective as the principal of that building and his vision for the future.  Dan Carter and Chris Michaud from EUA will lead a tour of the site as they review three potential options for addressing the needs at Heritage.  The Board will end the meeting with a dialog about what you have seen, the parameters you want to see guide this work, your reaction on the presented options, and any further questions or feedback you have for the team.
