V.A. Contingency Budget
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the status of the contingency budget for the 2019-20 school year. Administration will review a lightning strike at Heritage Elementary School and how that is connected to our property insurance policy and the District contingency budget. In addition, there is the likelihood of expenditures occurring at Heritage Elementary School for second grade staffing.

V.B. Actuarial Study
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the actuarial study for our post employment benefits. Attached please find the recently completed actuarial study. Administration will review this study in comparison to the last study. In addition, Administration will be seeking feedback from the Budget Committee on the budget implications for 2019-20 and beyond.

V.C. Transportation
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to have a discussion on transportation expenditures for the 2019-20 school year. Administration would like feedback from the Budget Committee on options for providing individualized student transportation. Individualized student transportation can occur for a variety of reasons, including homelessness, a special education IEP, 504 plans, etc.
