Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss parameters for collective bargaining with the WTA.
Please see the attached documents that provide a high level overview of 2019-20 compensation increases as reviewed by the HR Committee on October 21st. The HR Committee provided direction to administration and this direction is represented in the attached documents. The closed session conversation is limited to the CPI increase collective bargaining with the WTA. The open session conversation will cover non-teaching staff, and the supplemental pay for the WTA. |

VII. 2019- 2020 BUDGET APPROVAL AND TAX LEVY APPROVAL
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the final steps of the 19-20 budget process, and to request School Board approval of the budget and tax levy. I have attached a cover memo that provides an overview of the final steps in the budget process, and I have attached a number of additional budget and tax levy documents. I will review these documents at the meeting. These documents align with the tax levy recommendation from the Budget Committee.
