V. REVIEW RETTLER REPORT ON PRAIRIE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the Rettler report on Prairie Elementary School. As a reminder, the School Board approved Rettler to conduct an independent evaluation of the Prairie Elementary School site. Attached please find the report, and the supporting appendices. The appendices were attached separately due to the overall size of the files.
Please review the Executive Summary and Conclusion/Recommendation sections. These sections highlight the findings identified and the recommendations related to potential corrective action. In order to keep this process moving forward in a timely manner, the next agenda item includes a proposal from Rettler for design work associated with this review. VI. REVIEW RETTLER PROPOSAL FOR NEXT STEPS AT PRAIRIE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the Rettler proposal for next steps at Prairie Elementary School. Attached please find the proposal.
Administration requested a proposal from Rettler to take the next steps with the findings identified at Prairie Elementary School (see Item V of this agenda). We are seeking feedback from the Committee on the process to move forward at Prairie Elementary School. Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the Capital Maintenance Projects for 19-20. Attached please find information prepared by John Cramer, Director of Facilities and Safety.
John will update the Committee on the progress related to the 19-20 Capital Maintenance Projects. He will also be requesting Committee consideration of a revision to the approved projects.
