V.A. Discuss Process with Facility Committee (5PM - 5:15PM)
Description:
The Architectural RFP was sent to four firms. Three firms responded. Attached please find the final RFP that was distributed to each firm. As a reminder, page 6 is the evaluation matrix that will be used to review the proposals. Paper copies will be provided to the Facility Committee members for each interview. We will use the first 15 minutes of the evening to discuss the process for the selection of the architectural firm for the potential 2020 referendum.
