Description:
Attached please find the e-mail I previously shared with you that outlines the policy services provided by WASB.
Dan Mallin, Legal and Policy Services Counsel at WASB, will be present at the meeting to outline the policy services offered by WASB in greater detail and provide examples from the Policy Resource Guide. I recommend that we use this meeting as educational and report back to the full Board what we learned about WASB's process, and the projected time commitment and cost to complete a full policy book review.

Description:
Attached please find Purchasing Policy 672. The revisions to this policy are highlighted and reflect the recommendation by our auditor to review the use of gift cards in the district, and the guidance provided by the Budget Committee, on the related language within this policy.
The purpose is to provide parameters and accounting for gift card usage.
