V. UPDATES FROM RETTLER CORPORATION
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the status of the projects that Rettler Corporation is working on. Rettler staff will be reviewing what has been accomplished to date, what remains to be completed, and the anticipated timeline for the completion of the projects. Rettler will be providing documents/plans at the meeting related to the soccer field master planning. Community members participating in the fundraising efforts for the soccer field will be present at the meeting. We will be seeking Facility Committee feedback on the soccer field master planning process, and the next steps for moving forward. Description:
Following the adjournment of the Facility Committee Meeting, the staff from Rettler Corporation will be leading a meeting at 6:30 p.m. with homeowners who reside on the south border of Prairie Elementary School related to work Rettler is conducting on the school site. Some school board members may be in attendance at that meeting, for informational purposes only.
