Description:  Per the request at the last meeting of the Co-Curricular Committee, Aaron May will be providing an update to the Committee following each of the three seasons of the year.  See attached for a summary.  On Tuesday, Aaron will review the winter season with the Committee.  The full Co-Curricular Report will be compiled and presented to the Committee and Board at the end of the year.

Description:  At the previous Co-Curricular Committee it was requested that administration revise the form for financial reporting by Booster Clubs.  Attached please find two documents -- one for Revenues and one for Expenditure.  We are looking for your input on this form--does it meet your needs?  Is there anything you want added?  Other?

Description:  Attached please find a draft of a uniform replacement cycle that was developed by Aaron May.  He will review his approach and this document with the Committee on Tuesday.

100 Salaries -- this line includes all coaches salaries and all of the salaries for workers at events (ticket takers etc.)

200 Benefits -- this line includes the associated benefits such as social security.

300 Purchased Services -- this line includes the cost for game officials/referees, conference attendance, drug testing, athletic trainer, rental of portable toilets, etc.

400 Supplies -- this line includes all non-capitol supplies, equipment, uniforms, technology, software, etc.

500 Capitol Objects -- this line includes single items over $5,000.

900 Fees -- this line includes dues, entry fees for teams, etc.

Description:  It was requested by the committee to have Aaron May provide a list of needs and wants for the programs within the athletic department.  Attached please find a draft of the needs communicated to Aaron by the coaches and other needs that he has identified for the future.  Aaron will be present at the meeting to discuss and explain.
