Description:  I want to have a discussion with the HR Committee on the status of snow days and make-up options for staff.  This is not a simple "day for a day" issue, and Connie Beth and I want to provide the committee with some context and options for consideration.  I have added a similar agenda item to the February Board Meeting Agenda, and value your input on this issue as we develop options that impact staff and students for the Board to consider.  We are in the process of developing options and seeking staff input to help frame our conversation on Monday.  There are no materials attached to this agenda as they are still being developed.
