III.A. Policy 151 Board Policy Development/Adoption
Description:
Policy 151 does not have any proposed revisions. Per review of the policy, though, it should be noted that policy adoption does not require two readings at the Board level. This has been our practice and can continue, but it is not in policy. I would like us to discuss if we want to keep the policy language as it is written, or do we want it to reflect the two reading practice we have had in place for 20+ years?

Description:
Policy 151.2 has been revised to reflect the change from a hard-copy policy book to all polices being held electronically.

Description:
Policy 171.1 has been modified to reflect current practice and improvements to noticing all meetings of the school board.
