Description:  At our last committee meeting, we discussed creating interim steps between the minimum, middle, and maximum steps on the administrative assistant, custodial/maintenance, IT, and classified staff salary schedules. We also began discussing the possibility of improving district provided retirement benefits for the same employee groups. The purpose of this agenda item is to continue those discussions. The HR Vision document from our March 8th meeting is attached for your reference. Based upon the discussion that took place at our last meeting, administration is preparing an outline which will be used to frame our continued discussion on April 3rd.
