V. DISCUSS PARAMETERS FOR PAY INCREASES FOR ALL EMPLOYEE GROUPS
Description:
Administration will provide the committee with preliminary budget information and discuss potential options for consideration regarding pay increases for all employee groups.
The costing of each of the options presented in this report are in process. The purpose for this agenda item is to inform the committee on what can be be considered when making final decisions on pay for the 2017-2018 school year. Once the budget is set in mid-October, and final budget amounts are determined as to what can be applied to salary for this year, then Budget and HR will meet again prior to the full board voting at the November meeting. |
VI. REVIEW REVISED LONG-TERM PLAN FOR SALARIES AND BENEFITS
Description:
The committee reviewed the first draft of this plan at their last meeting. Per discussion at that time, dates have been adjusted and benefits information has been added.

VIII. DISCUSS BARGAINING STRATEGY FOR NEGOTIATIONS WITH TEACHERS
Description:
This agenda item will provide committee members with an opportunity to discuss their strategy and be prepared for negotiations which are scheduled for Wednesday, October 18th, at 4:00 p.m.

IX. DISCUSS COMPARABLES FOR CONSIDERATION IN DETERMINING PAY INCREASES FOR INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANT DIRECTORS
Description:
Administration gathered data from districts outside of our normal set of comparables in order to determine average pay for our Assistant Director positions. They will share their findings and recommendations.
