VI. REVIEW STAFF COMPENSATION PARAMETERS FOR 2017-2018
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review staff compensation increase parameters for 2017-18. Here is the timeline for decision making on 2017-18 compensation increases:
October 19th - School Board approval of budget and tax levy October 19th - Provide a high level overview to the School Board October 23rd - November 3rd Calculate salary/wage increases for all employee groups November 6th - Budget Committee and Human Resources Committee meets to develop compensation recommendations for the November 13th School Board meeting November 13th - Compensation recommendations forwarded to School Board for approval Please see the attached document that provides a high level overview of 2017-18 compensation increases.
