V.A. Budget Planning Process - Second Draft
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss the second draft of the 2017-18 budget planning process. Please see the attached second draft budget planning process document. Please note that many revisions have been made to the second draft, based on the feedback from the Budget Committee, administrators, and staff at Forecast 5. Administration will be requesting feedback from the Committee members on this second draft. The timeline calls for the approval of the budget planning process at the March 13th School Board meeting.

VI.A. Audit Bid
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the audit bid process. Please see the attached audit bidder list, cover letter, and specifications. The specifications are taken directly from the sample specifications provided by the WI Department of Public Instruction. I will share the optional specifications with the committee for discussion. I also would like to have a discussion about any additional services that the School Board might like to see in this audit bid process.

VII.A. Warrior Stadium Project - Financial Plan
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to review the financial plan for the Warrior Stadium Project. Please see the attached draft pledge agreement. This document has been created by our financial bond counsel based on the discussion between the Facility Committee members and the leader of the community group raising funds for the Warrior Stadium Project. Administration will share the purpose behind this draft document, and will seek feedback from the Budget Committee members on how to address the financial plan for the Warrior Stadium Project. The Warrior Stadium project is scheduled for a vote at either the March 13th School Board meeting, or a Special Board meeting schedule for March 27th.
