Description:
Attached please find the materials for the Special Board Workshop with the Administrative Team and Staff Leadership Team. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. and our goal is to adjourn by 7:00 p.m. Reminder -- the meeting will be held at Heritage Elementary in the Large Group Area.
There are four parts to the program: 1. Overview of the State Budget Proposal / Review of School Finance Terms / WCSD 17-18 Planning Process (whole group) 2. Discussion on Budget Reallocation Opportunities (small group) 3. Discussion on Budget Requests and Budget Priorities (small group) 4. Comments/Questions/Feedback/Exit Survey We look forward to seeing you on Monday evening for a night of learning, discussion, and feedback.
