V.B. Revised Process
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss revisions to the district budgeting process. There is no attachment for this agenda item. I would like to discuss some potential budget process revisions with the committee, and I am interested in hearing feedback from the committee before proceeding.

VI.A. Insurance Bid
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss a potential insurance bid this spring. This bid is regarding business insurance plans like workers compensation, property, liability, etc. There is no attachment for this agenda item. I would like to discuss some potential options with the committee. These options include:
1. No bid this spring, and simply renew existing policies with current agent 2. Bid options within current agent only - Hub International's Waunakee branch 3. Bid options with current agent, and explore additional options like school district insurance purchasing cooperatives We last bid the business insurance during the spring of 2015, and are seeking feedback from the committee on options to consider this spring.
