December 19, 2016 at 4:00 PM - Goals Committee Meeting

Description:  Attached please find the notes from each break out group from the Linkage Meeting on 12-5-16.  Also attached are the Exit Survey responses received as of 12/14/16.  Any additional responses will be available at the meeting on 12/19/16.

Please review these notes and we will discuss on Monday afternoon.  We have invited the planning group back for this meeting so we can debrief on the Linkage Meeting discussions from each group's perspective.  I think two questions can help to frame the discussion:

1.  What are your thoughts about the Linkage Meeting -- how did it go from your perspective?  Positives?  Negatives?

2.  What next steps/actionable items are being or should be considered by each group?
