Description:  We would like us to have a discussion the the committee about our facility use policy.  Particularly, I want to bring to your attention some changes that are occurring with our local swim club and solicit your feedback on how these changes impact our current policy and future policy needs.

Additionally, we want discuss with you other groups that use our facility, that are not articulated in our policy, and how we are addressing their needs.

Our practice in this area needs to be consistent from group to group so we want to talk through a few scenarios with you to ensure that we are encapsulating the spirit of the policy, and determine if we need to revise our policy as requests in this area increase and evolve.

This discussion and input will most likely lead to us bringing back a revised policy for consideration in the near future.

Description:  We want to discuss with the committee the latitude that can be provided to the Warrior Stadium Fundraising Group for recognition of donors.  We had a similar discussion with the board when we conducted the lights campaign for the baseball field lights.  We are sorting through options to bring to the board for your thoughts, input, modifications, etc.  Your input will then be shared with the full board so we are on the same page and can provide clear direction to the fundraising committee.
