April 20, 2015 at 5:00 PM - Goals Committee Meeting

Description:  At Monday's meeting we will outline the flow for the Linkage Meeting for May 4th, define who will lead various aspects of the evening, define roles/responsibilities, and solidify our message and outcomes.  I will touch base with members of the administrative team to solicit feedback on pertinent information to share during the three rotations, and review who is best to present and facilitate each table discussion.  I will bring this information to the meeting on Monday along with the list of invitees and draft for your review of the letter and materials to be mailed out next week.  Attached please find the same attachments that were part of the recent board meeting on April 13th, for your reference.
