Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to discuss the subcontractor selection process. Please see the attached three documents regarding this topic. The first attachment identifies options for selecting subcontractors, by trade, and by project. There are at least four (4) points of discussion regarding this document. VI. MAINTENANCE PROJECTS UPDATE/REQUEST TO REALLOCATE FUNDS
Description:
The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on various maintenance projects, and to request a reallocation of funds. There are two attachments regarding this agenda item. The first attachment provides information on the balance of funds available to the maintenance department. The second attachment provides information on various maintenance projects that have recently been completed, or still need to be completed.
Our goal for this agenda item is to recommend the reallocation of $145,000 from the Intermediate School roof project to other maintenance projects in the district not related to the November 4th, 2014 referendum. We are requesting a recommendation for the December 8th School Board meeting.
