In accordance with Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.  (Review procedures at pre-termination hearing).

V. ADJOURN TO OPEN SESSION 
Pre-determination hearing of Administrator's contract.

VI. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(a), (b), (c), (f), and (g) to consult with legal counsel regarding procedures for pre-termination hearing requested by administrator, conducting such hearing which may include consideration of social or personal histories or disciplinary data specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the persons, and to deliberate following such hearing, and to confer with legal counsel for the Board who is rendering oral advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.  The Board may also consider any resignation which may be submitted prior to or during the hearing. 

VII. CONDUCT PRE-TERMINATION HEARING 
If the administrator requests the hearing to be held in open session, the Board may go in and out of closed session to confer with counsel as needed and to conduct deliberations.  Any final motion regarding the administrator’s employment status will be made in open session.

VIII. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Action, if necessary, on items discussed in CLOSED SESSION.
