2) Note to Public of Video Conferencing: Pursuant to the Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020 to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”), this meeting will be conducted via videoconferencing, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication. The Board President, presiding officer or trustees may not be physically present at one location but a quorum of members attending in person or on videoconferencing will be required for the meeting. Description:

Description:
The District shall pay Superintendent a cellular telephone allowance of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($150.00) per month during the term of this contract. The Superintendent shall maintain a personal account for cellular phone service and shall not open an account in the name of the District.
