2) Consider and take possible action regarding proposed resolution to excuse and pay for absences of Big Sandy employees caused by school closures.
Description:
This resolution will be to credit hours and contractual days lost due to weather closure. This will allow us to maintain consistent pay for ALL employees, since the February cut-off date for payroll in February 9th. We will have the resolution for your viewing at the Board meeting. If I receive it on or before Monday, then I will forward it to you via e-mail. It is coming from Robb Decker.
