Description:
I would like to have TASB come and conduct a staffing study for our school district, so that we can ensure return on investment in staff. TASB performs these studies all over the state, looking deep at state and federal funds in staffing. They will provide us a full report of findings, so that we can make a more informed decision about future staffing and attrition, and show us where we can save tax dollard in staffing. FTEs equal the highest cost of school business, and I feel strongly that it is a good idea to have a study conducted by TASB.
