4.B. Consider/Ratify the Architectural and Engineering Contract with Orlo Forensics for engineering services for roof repair.

4.C. Consider/Approve a delegation of authority to the Superintendent to make payments of $500,000 or less to these specified contractors for the 2026 roof repair services: Orlo Forensics; Empire Roofing. Payments made under said delegation shall be reported to the Board at the next Regular Board Meeting.
