Lawrence, III to Snook Independent School District and recorded in Volume 253, Page 453 of the Deed Records of Burleson County, Texas; Tract Two: 6.3 acres of land, more or less, out of the Aaron Calvin Survey, A-13, Burleson County, Texas, being the same land described in a Deed dated May 1, 1954 from Theresa Fojt to the Board of Trustees of the Snook Independent School District No. 903 and recorded in Volume 122, Page 615 of the Deed Records of Burleson County, Texas; Tract Three: 4.0 acres of land, more or less, out of the Aaron Calvin Survey, A-13, Burleson County, Texas, being the same land described in a Deed dated February 8, 1937 from Frank J Fojt and wife, Theresa Fojt to Frank J. Discuss and consider amendments to the existing oil and gas lease dated August 12, 2013 between Snook ISD and Petromax Brazos, LLC, recorded in Volume 911, Page 750 of the deed records of Burleson County, Texas, and pertaining to the 40.86 acres, more or less, , out of the Aaron Calvin Survey, Abstract A-13, Burleson County, Texas, being the same tract of land described in that certain Special Warranty Deed dated October 26, 2005, from Alice Slovacek Towne to the Board of Trustees of the Snook Independent School District, recorded in Volume 673, Page 820 of the Official Public Records of Burleson County, Texas, Document 00004534.

5. Consideration and possible action to adopt a resolution approving the possible no-drill lease of certain oil, gas, and mineral interests in real property. The real property is identified as approximately 5 acres of land, more or less, in Burleson County, Texas, described as follows: 5 acres of land, more or less, in Burleson County, out of the James Hollingsworth Survey, A-30, and being the same land described in that certain Deed dated February 22, 1950 from Mary Johnson, a widow, as Grantor to Trustees of Snook Rural High School, District #25, as Grantees, recorded in Volume 105, Page 453, of the Deed Records of Burleson County, Texas.
