4. PUBLIC HEARING - Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, §298C.101, the Nueces County Hospital District ("District") Board of Managers ("Board") will conduct a Public Hearing on the matter of:

4.A. A proposed Mandatory Health Care Provider Participation Program payment rate of six percent (6%) of net patient revenue, which the Board intends to require of each institutional health care provider located within the District during Fiscal Year 2027 (October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027) and the proposed uses of the revenue derived from such payments.
