CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AN ORDER AUTHORIZING THE REMARKETING OF THE DISTRICT’S ADJUSTABLE RATE UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2020B IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $13,615,000; DELEGATING THE AUTHORITY TO CERTAIN DISTRICT STAFF TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS; AND OTHER MATTERS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
